1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OneStopHire (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use OneStopHire

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that all information you provide is true and that you are not on any sanctions or denied-persons list.

3. Account types and responsibilities

  • Candidate — you may search, apply to jobs, and use AI tools for personal job-search purposes only.
  • Recruiter — you may post jobs, search candidates, and contact applicants for genuine hiring purposes. You confirm you have authority to act on behalf of the organization you represent.
  • Institute — you may manage student profiles and apply on their behalf only after obtaining each student's written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-export candidate or recruiter data;
  • use the Service to send spam, harass, or solicit unrelated services;
  • misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation;
  • interfere with the Service, its security, or its AI quotas;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. AI tools

AI-generated content (job descriptions, cover letters, screening summaries, interview prep) is produced by large-language models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or acting on it. OneStopHire does not warrant that AI output is fit for any particular purpose.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, credits, and one-time services are governed by the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of first purchase. After 7 days, refunds are pro-rated and exclude AI usage already consumed against your plan budget. Marketplace bookings (expert sessions, resume reviews) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

8. Intellectual property

OneStopHire and our trademarks, logos, and software are our property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the purposes described in these Terms. You retain all rights to content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, messages). By uploading, you grant us a licence to process that content as required to deliver the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of match scores, and guarantees of employment or hire.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneStopHire's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000 — whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OneStopHire harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or for extended inactivity (after notice). Surviving provisions: Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, India.
