2. Cookies we use
OneStopHire uses cookies in four categories:
Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to function. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
next-auth.session-token— keeps you logged in.next-auth.csrf-token— protects against CSRF attacks.theme— remembers your light/dark theme preference.dashboard.activeRole— remembers which role you last used.
Functional
Improve your experience by remembering preferences. You can disable these without breaking core functionality.
- Saved filters and search preferences.
- View-mode toggles (list / grid).
- Onboarding progress.
Analytics
Help us understand how people use the Service so we can improve it. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not sell your data. IP addresses are masked before storage.
Marketing
Currently none. OneStopHire does not run third-party ad tracking on its own surfaces. If this changes, we will update this policy and request your consent before any marketing cookies are set.
3. Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies from their settings. Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent you from using authenticated features.
You can also manage cookie categories in-app under Settings → Privacy → Cookie preferences (rolling out shortly).
4. Third parties
Some pages embed content from third parties (e.g., YouTube tutorials, payment provider iframes). Those third parties set their own cookies governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Changes
We'll update this page whenever our cookie practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
