Our story
OneStopHire started with a simple frustration: every job board in India was either bloated with stale resumes, gated behind enterprise sales calls, or treated candidates as a commodity. We wanted to build one place where a fresher in Pune, a senior engineer in Bangalore, a startup founder hiring her first ten, and a placement officer at a college could all do their work — without juggling five different tools.
Today, we use AI not as a sprinkle on top, but as the spine of the product — parsing resumes, matching candidates, writing job descriptions, screening applicants, and coaching interviews. Every decision a recruiter or candidate makes on OneStopHire is informed by something a normal job board cannot provide.

- Q1 2026 • Closed betaOnboarded 100 candidates and 20 recruiters across Bangalore and Pune. Validated the multi-role unified account.
- April 2026 • AI orchestratorShipped the cache → budget → validate → escalate AI pipeline. Resume optimizer, JD parser, and recommendations went live.
